The $75.00 Application Fee has been waived by Dr. Graham D.C., for a short time.

 

There are extremely limited spots for this event and they will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis for completed applications. Once you have completed your application, it will still need to be approved by Dr. Graham D.C., and your deposit payment received before your spot at the event is reserved.
